De Kruimel Avonturen
What if you could travel through time, being at a historical place without actually being there yet? What if a book could do that by just using the history of that place as a red thread?
‘De Kruimel Avonturen’ is a book I made with H.J. Visual Storytelling. It's a book we build up on good research, customers' journeys, and more. But I’m here to share what I have made!
Writing
I got the chance to further explore my writing skills as head writer. My job as main writer was first to write the whole stories, but I quickly discovered with this project that I enjoy editing the work more.
So that's when Donna Jo stepped in and wrote the baselines of the stories. After that I would write the rest of the story (tone of voice, structure, etc.) to be sure the whole story was complete. It was definitely a different approach to what I was used to, but I am so happy with what we accomplished!
Character Design
Because I had the chance of exploring the stories in words, it was a great opportunity for me to take the job for character designer as well!
It was something, but I couldn't be happier with the results!
